Director deal on EIDSY
Charles Cornwall chairman of EIDSY exercised share options to buy
75,000 shares of EIDSY at prices of 3.34 GBP and 7.92 GBP (source: Teletext page 302 on SkyNews TV of the UK)
Haven't seen this news so far on the tickers, so I post it here.

Hey, by the way: I've an explanation why EIDSY's share price has fallen over the recent days. Warning: Do NOT take the following words SERIOUS ;-)

Last thursday afternoon I had the TV program CNBC Europe turned on (with low volume, because the main reason of watching is the ticker tape). During an ad break, I saw a face that looked familuar. I said to myself: Wait a minute, isn't that Ian Livingstone from EIDSY? Yep, it was him, making some advertising for CNBC (bla, bla, it's the best program for business people and things like that...no words about EIDSY in particular) What confused me was the fact that he was wearing a black suit, a dark blue shirt and a TIE !!! Can you believe that, it was the first time I saw anybody from EIDSY wearing a tie (except Mr. Cornwall). Have they changed their corporate identity or what? Are they admiring ERTS so much that they want exactly dress like ERTS salespeople on trade shows (you know that typical "retail banker outfit"). I know EIDSY is now an worldwide player and is wanting to get rid of a "freakish image", but a creative guy like Mr. Livingstone should wear something else (for example: Can you imagine Mr. Jobs from AAPL wearing a tie?)

Greetings,

Kai
