Unless they commit fraud or defamation, or incite people to burn Rambus' buildings down, I don't think the little old First Amendment would let you sue someone for slanted reporting. Just a thought. But you could put out a piece of your own, countering.

I was thinking the same thing myself. If they could find one record of a short position (or person) associated with Chaners electronic news or any buying on the dip, I wouldn't be surprized if they could be suied for market manipulation. It was even more fraudulant than the registar or street.com.
