<<OT>> I haven't been following INNI's story lately. The only reason I brought it up on this thread is because I have always seen a lot of similarities between the two companies. Both have solid contracts with large companies. Both are profitable or near profitable. Both have approximately 30 million shares outstanding and similar float levels. I don't know how you can read the following segment taken from the INNI PR dated 4/22/99 other than to indicate a reverse split is planned:

<<As previously announced, one of
the primary objectives behind this acquisition is to
qualify for listing on the NASDAQ Small Cap
Market. One requirement for listing is a market
price of at least $4 per share. It now appears that a
reverse stock split of 1 for between 4 and 6 shares
will be necessary to meet this listing requirement.
This would also bring the number of shares
outstanding in line to allow additional acquisitions.
"It is our intention to obtain shareholder approval
for the reverse stock split either through written
consent or by general solicitation of our
stockholders," stated Markee.>>
