Zeev has brought up a good point here. With so many disgruntled investors and so many questions to be asked, 30 minutes minus Gordon's own talk time will not nearly be enough. Is it worth listing questions to ask in a certain order so that everyone can follow along and so that there's not chaos? Maybe we could have one person ask questions. I would offer to be the compiler/asker, but I'm tied up all day tomorrow and doubt I'll even be able to listen to the call live. Any takers? Stealth P.S. Might someone post this on RB so that we can have a CO-ORDINATED, SUCCESSFUL effort here!!! This is a big chance for us...let's not blow it.

Zeev, I realize you are a big-time, high-falutin financial expert, but let me help you here a little. If you look at the SEC documents, you will see that the outstanding shares are 80 million. If you call the transfer agent, you will find on that same effective date, the outstanding shares are 95 million. The transfer agent is not the escrow agent. Thus the 15 million shares escrowed for the PP are outstanding to the transfer agent. Get it? The outstanding shares have increased about 4 million since 1/1/99, not the 30 million you have gratuitously posted over this thread. For someone with your reputation, this sure looks like a rookie mistake. You have posted that your interest here is very limited. If you are not willing to take the trouble to be accurate about very sensitive issues, one option is to not post. I await your apology. Regards, Suzanne
