seems reasonable, this is NOT last year, if interest rates start
going up then remember the 3 steps and a stumble rule, I might add
that the road from last year to present had 3 FED easings and a fear
of deflation as opposed to now fears of inflation and interest rate
hikes, AOL 175 seems unlikely this year.
