Read their "S-1" if you think this is a "real" company. My only question is when to short. I nibbled at 25, and bought down to 20,short with an average price (-cost) at 22.69 per share. maybe
I'll cover at 12... maybe wait for the law suits...

Never heard of Brooktrout and they aren't at Supercomm next week in Atlanta (there are 700 + telecom companies) so I'm not too sure about the DSL equipment. Nortel has new DSL equipment that will run voice and data over a single copper line with no CPE equipment or visit. Given Nortel has a board seat, I would have expected Nortel to fund any equipment purchases via a Line of Credit (the 20M in equity won't go very far if LOAX is rolling out DSL equipment). If Nortel isn't involved in any equipment financing, this is another negative for the company as this is the only reason they would have an employee on the board.
