Well, "Renoir" is a knock out! Very strange I thought Strauss was really, "Purcell."

How about, "Monteverdi?" At least I could call the rose Monte for short?

And I'm a big fan ~ still~for Beau Jocque & his High Rollers. I like the Zydeco Flames as well. When I play this music, it drives housemate nuts..............

Butt he likes very weird 16th and 17th century folk music that I can't stand...................

It's a line of French roses so I don't know why they called it, "Strauss." Housemate informed me that Strauss was Austrian. I noticed we don't have any of his records or CDs. He was into the waltz but I don't know if he composed music for the om-pah beer bands.

Butt, the bad news is that Purcell was an English composer. It's my rose bush so I'm going to call it Purcell anyway.
