The company has yet to announce anything substantial in a long time....so don't hold your breath.

If what they are doing is replacing one contract for another, it is not growth. Real growth is obtaining new contracts in addition to the existing work at hand. We will see shortly if IFCI has solved their over capacitized state.....my bet is that they have not.

Btw, at what price are you long on this one?
