Hi Dave, I think it was a bit of all of those. I started my "spring cleaning" of my portfolio several months ago and IDTI survived the first round of pitching. When it rallied to $9+ and then fell back to the sub $6 range I thought it would just trade a new range that was lower than before. However, then it just sort of fell asleep.

My usual screening attempts to turn up stocks that will double their book value and revenues in a 3-5 year time frame. I am always re-qualifying my existing portfolio as well. I didn't feel that IDTI made the grade there any more. It may surprise me, but along with my spring cleaning mood, I just decided to concentrate my $$$ in other stocks that I already own.

I really enjoyed this forum and the folks on it. I also enjoyed periodic fat profits from trading IDTI. It just has become too sleepy for me in my present mood. I used to keep no more than 15 equity holdings and in the last few years I let that expand to nearly 30. More than I can handle. So something had to be pruned and IDTI got the axe.

I'm sure I'll see all of you around on other threads, but until then I hope everyone does well here at the end of the millennium!!

Best regards, Tom
