just speculation but it may account for delay in the IPO filing........its happened before.
I did speak with PQT today and my (impression) from the phone call is that management has for whatever reason decided to engage a "no comment" time......including to confirm or deny the ipo status......I grilled the women..named Laurie I believe, and she made it seem as though even she wasn't sure why, but that she has been told to say just that to all questions at this time. has anyone else actually called the Co.?

To All:

Nice to see some activity on the upside as well as a few posts. This board has gotten way too quite. I've been reading Raging Bull lately. I'm still very long and patiently awaiting the IPO and inevitable good news that will follow the "quite" period. I strongly believe that people that sell at these current levels will be very disappointed in the next few months. Of course, the people that shorted it down to these levels had a nice gain, but I was and am still a firm believer in the company and the future stock price.
