Rick, I assume that costs are still collecting for clean up etc of the mess created and that an accurate estimate of cost is still away off. I would be happy to get off whole with insurance co even if we have to pay some of the remaining drilling costs.

Somewhere there are $ from gas sold to Aerea (sp?).

According to "fine print" in a couple of the annual reports of participants, the insurance will cover all costs of the blow out. There is no "policy limit".

Also, ELK indicated at their AGM today that all the costs would be covered by insurance but refused to provide any indication as to what those costs actually were (at the request of certain parties).
