Yes, there are some unsettled matters with PVN from autumn. But PVN bears are more careful this time. Note that, with respect to the stock split it is still up 125% from Autumn averages and 200% from the October depression.

PVN is one of the most grossly overvalued stocks out there...And the consumer fraud charges could be the catalyst to bring it down to earthy.
