I'm sorry, but I can only read the FGI/HLX release one way. Owners of Halter will receive .4614 shares of FGI for every Halter share they own. If I own 100 HLX, I get 46.14 FGI, no matter if the price of FGI is 2 or 200. The 7.55 number comes in the next sentence and appears to show the relative price of HLX on that day. It may be that Holloway/Dane closed on the number .4614 based on the June 1st close. Big Dog seems to read the release the same way, at least on the floating $ price of HLX. He seems a rather reliable source on these matters. Watch for further posts from him on the subject.
