Kaiser certainly seems to have changed his tune,from stockwatch- "Kaiser has expressed the opinion that the results of the bulk sample will not be disappointing and that Winspear is now equipped to sail north of 10 dollars. This view is based on earlier discussions with Turner and McDonald which led him to believe that the spin off would not have taken place unless on the basis of preliminary results from the bulk sample Winspear was certain that there would be a mine."
