As I recall the Australian group was to put up about 5mil, correct? 10mil shares would be about 5mil$. Is this how the Australian group's financial input was negotiated? Or is there another 5mil to move the company forward with this offering. This could really put some negotiating clout on the table for Tom. I am feeling pretty positive about the sounds of the things that are happening. Wish I could make it to Vegas. Second item, with the shareholders meeting this Saturday, should we not have recieved some proxy statements for the votes, etc.?
