You may also want to consider the tax consequenses of selling (if your SEEQ shares are in a non-taxdeffered account).

If you take and keep the LSI stock - you pay no taxes.

Also, it is my understanding that the deal is based upon the 10 day average price of LSI stock - not simply the final day.
