Maybe someone knows something and wanted in, so the MMs brought the stock down and got them in at a lower price. Seems like a manipulated move to me. Which MM did the trade?

1 million shares.. If one looks at the volume on the decline it could
be conceivable that the MM's accumulated shares to fork over for the
1 million buy... Looks to me they were working on this order for a
while before it actually got filled...
