Don, is your alias "the Shadow"~~~ LOL!! Acutally I think most people think the likely scenario is a SUPER Crash, that is why I doubt it will happen with any success. Time is the only hope the bears have. Investors / traders will become bored and look for something else, if we got a long flat market like we had in the late 60's and much of the 70's. Traders love and prosper on violent moves.. Big volume is what the brokers love.. But a long slow slide seems the only way to bring back a level of normalcy Fundamentally Speaking of course BTW, I think we are getting too many Don's here.. it's starting to look like a Godfather convention.
