I did not say the contracts were bad, obviously they are at least more than what was going on before with VTPI. VTPI went under, Carl and Joel split up and Joel sold the shell to Jerry for an undisclosed amount of cash and stock, along with some other unknown necessary pieces to the puzzle.

I shorted it in the mid-high 70's when I read the first pr, covered in the mid 40's, and got short again today after I read the press release. That is called trading. If I could get any sort of comfort level on the long side , I might buy it, but I can't.

This guy Bidder just now pulled some number out of his hat that is ridiculous. If ivoc had done a 28mm dollar deal, they most surely would have put that number in the press release, and this stock would have gone up alot more than it did. But who knows, no one knows what these deals are worth, no one knows how much stock is out there. Like I said before, whether long or short, we are ALL in the dark.
