Value Recognition

The internet sector is again following the law of supply and demand. First, it went into the value inflated phase, people treated all internet stocks the same and made no distinction between good and not so good assets. People just went after any net stocks in sight. Thus, we witnessed the boom. Then, it entered the value deflated period. As more and more choices of internet stocks, the supply becomes bigger and there are more internet stocks are after the same dollar. Then people decided all internet stocks are over-valued and again made no distinction between good and bad values. This pushed all the prices down. It is happening now. I expect we will soon see the third phase: value recognition. In this period, I expect people will start to distinguish the good and the bad. Only the good ones will survive, get stronger and bigger
