Happy anniversary! I'm drinking too! I'm glad your wife was able to get into the nitty gritty of the contract by being able to estimate the volume all of the various types of transactions that would be processed and their respective ancillary charges (income) as well as estimating all of the other billable man-hours that will be billed a their labor rates, any equipment involved, software maint. fees, & on & on... Your wife is very impressive! She deserves the drink! Hell, take her out to dinner! Have a nice one! Joe
