Bill, I would suspect that their reticence is grounded in much more than the idiosyncracies of managment/directors. Specifically, this is the second go-around for Valence. Several years ago, they announced a contract with Motorola; stock went to mid 20s, then tanked when MOT announced product wasn't up to specs, i.e., the technology didn't work. In the aftermath, Valence was hit with law suit that cost $6MM in legal fees over a 4 year period. Suit was dismissed, then recently re-instated.

Is it any wonder they're saying absolutely nothing? The last thing they want to do is attract more lawsuits of that type. They've got more important fish to fry. So they're keeping their mouth shut. Given their history, that makes eminent sense.
