They did file a NT-10k, so it was late. x From the filing: PART III--NARRATIVE State below in reasonable detail the reasons why the Form 10-K and Form 10-KSB, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q and Form 10-QSB, N-SAR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period. (ATTACH EXTRA SHEETS IF NEEDED ) The Company has agreed to make certain revisions to the consolidated financial statements contained in its Form 10-K as a result of comments by the SEC. The timing of the resolution with the SEC has caused the Company to be unable to timely file its Annual Report on Form 10-K without unreasonable effort and expense.
