Thread: What do all of you make of Round II of the FDA warning letter? This seems to be, in large part, a rehash of the March 27 letter released in April, addressing the same substantive points. Could SEPR really have blown off the thrust of the FDA comments. Does this sound like TB's style? Or is SEPR so stretched from a management perspective that it is unable to bring to bear appropriate resources to address this. When you are dealing with your principal Federal regulator, you do not blithely ignore their public remonstrations. Not a good long term strategy.

Perplexed. Steven

The FDA letter on X will probably create additional negative momentum. The risk reward at current prices is very good.
