charred,

No matter what I or anyone else responds, you don't really care. All you want to do is bash the company while avoiding quite a few facts.

All you want to do is take the most negative view of Crystallex for reasons known only to yourself.

You say $1.4mm in profits for the last quarter is not significant, I disagree. You would have preferred a loss I am sure. The fact that they generated a profit must pain you very much to the point where you criticize the company for making PROFITS. What is wrong with this picture?

You also think mining companies should use their cash to invest in term deposits. I rather think they should be using it to generate value for their shareholders. You are perhaps forgetting that KRY is a speculative junior stock and not Barrick?

You see a conflict of interest surrounding Mael. You are entitled to your opinion, however negative it is. Perhaps you have in your possession information that is not in the public domain? From what I have seen, I can't see the conflict that you are referring to.

Your questions are not at all difficult, why should they be? As a matter of fact, I can think of far more relevant questions.

As for my holding shares in Crystallex, why should you be worried for me? Why in the world should I be selling just on the basis of your questions? You overstate the pertinence of your questions.

By the way, what is your interest in Crystallex? You sound as if you hold a grudge against the company for some reason. This seems to cloud your judgement quite a bit and your anger comes through very clearly.
