Archie, Preferred shares cannot be counted as common shares until they are converted. They are not scheduled for conversion until December 29, 1999. So the common outstanding is not changing as some around would like us to think.

As for that 25 percent. . . who really owns it? Breaking Waves? SPNT? or UTTC? Well, that is the question. The company should answer this one.

But, it appears that Breaking Waves originally bought 25 percent of PLCO, then FILM bought Breaking Waves before it became SPNT.

PLCO is showing:
Common Shares Outstanding = 5.51 mil and Float = 2.20 mil

So 1.4 million shares = 25.4083484573 percent of PLCO common.

Hope that helps.
