I am hearing that DRMD is actively pursuing both PremPro and PremPhase products using the Cenestin Congugate. As more prescribers find out the differences they will switch. Sounds like they have a missile locked-on AHP.

I think the main thrust of this patent is the combination and the formulation of the pill. Some kind of patentable time release packaging.

Nonetheless, its good that they got a patent; should help with the marketing.
