my only concern is the japs are notorious for reverse technological double crossing and contracts or patents mean very little with the great pacific as natural litigenous barrier betwixt. get the world leader on board, take the thing apart, rearrange it a little, call it their own and drop their hardworking (trusting) partner like a bad habit. something for management to consider when it comes to sharing the guts of the thing with their engineers.
