William: You might want to check out the long call options on Vical. If you expect a Merck announcement in the next 5 months this may be a good way to make some money. Even if they don't, you still have the right to buy the stock in the 12 range including the option cost. If Vical continues to drop I plan to buy some calls.. Bill
