BB, the most important event to me will be if the market stays neutral or down on a weekly basis. My read from this will be that the automatic contribution (401K pension, etc.) is not helping the market up, as J6P is hurting and decided to raise some cash or to make redemtion for the summer vacation, or real estate speculation took over the cash flow into the stock market. Either way it is bad. IN NYC for example $500K+ apartments go up 10% to 15% in a month now due to the eagerness of buying. I know people who went to contract and before closing flipped it for 15% gain in less than 5 weeks. Nothing like this happened since 1987. BWDIK Haim
