More than just Campbell are selling shares (or at least posting 144's which indicate an interest in selling shares, Campbell filed a 144, not a sale notice, but his 100K block is the biggest. I wonder if 3dfx is in a selling window right now (companies often limit the period when officers can sell shares. It's the middle month of the quarter, so that is possible. Lots of insider buying in April which is more significant than selling, especially for small cap stocks who often use options as a major for of compensation. Selling is never good news, mind you, it just isn't automatically bad news. Michael
