Hi George, here is a post from raging bull i took this morning: RB has more information (or posts with rumours) than here; I don't go to Yahoo unless I am invited to the "club" for a particular stock issue so I don't know who the players are over there - but an Eric Fulton is mentioned in the following post: There are other posts today that reference the deadline by June 30, 1999 pertaining to the reverse takeover, etc. just rumours and nothing confirmed - no numbers and all dead ends so far. I'm holding just to see what happens - risk all the way; this could ride all the way to the 3rd week of June on the rumours especially if numbers that are to sure companies are provided and "no comments" can be ascertained. I am in for 150,000 since avg. .003 and just sit on it. Everyday for over a month - 5 to 15+ million shares traded and it just keeps creeping up.
