Regarding your post, I get the impression that you are posting this SEC Internet Fraud Crackdown because you feel that Zia Sun may be some type of scam. I have been reading this board for a few days now and went over many of the old posts in an attempt to gain a little knowledge of this company. I bought this stock, which was recommended by my M. L. broker. He did advise me that trading on the BB market was riskier, but that certain stocks can pay well in todays market. His analysis of the stock was that it had the potential of doing very well, as the Chinese market opens up. I asked him how OIA played into the operations of the company and he explained that from what he believed, the companies philosophy was to expand in several different internet related areas and build a successful base. He stated that ZSUN was exhibiting a profit, but stated that the majority of it was coming from the OIA branch of the company and not to expect the internet side of the stock to show a profit until it was better established. He went on to explain that few internet companies showed profits in their first years while they attempted to expand and establish their base. While I am not one to believe everything that I read, I think that a few people on this site have raised interesting questions from time to time. It is obvious from reading this board who are shorting this stock, (by their own admission) and who is long. While most of the information I have read is not substantiated by facts, C M Burns did provide me information which I was able to use to conduct my own checks. I do not belive that this company is a fraud as floydie would have me believe. There are many positive aspects of this company available for public investigation as well as some unanswered questions which I hope to get an answer on soon. I will continue to do my DD and encourage others to do so as well.
