impristine, my friend, I believe that K44B's passion is to escape from a nightmare he feels he is living, not to rid himself of a kidney or to donate a kidney for the good of another. I am expressing my suspicion that this idea is not the only way, or the best way, out of his predicament. We don't know everything, of course. I wish he would tell us more. "Passion" seems to be the wrong word for this idea. "Desperation" seems, to me, from what we understand at this point, to be the right one. But I understand what you are saying, and I understand your impulse.
