Suzzane, I have not talked to the transfer agent's representative, but to the best of my understanding, and I may be wrong on this point, the transfer agent does not know of the existence of escrowed shares, only shares that are on the book and outstanding.

My reasoning is that if the transfer agent always recognized escrowed shares as outstanding (unlike the company) then his share count would have been $95 MM from the date of escrow, but his shares count was growing by the week, indicating that some of the escrowed shares (if indeed these are the 15 MM we are discussing and the source is not different) were slowly being taken out of escrow in the three weeks between May 7th and May 29th.

On another thread (TTRIF) one of the holders has made it his job to call the transfer agent weekly, and he rports the share count religiously (and unfortunaly there, also a floorless, the count has gone from about 25 MM shares to 250 MM shares in the last 30 moths or so.)
