Miss Newsome:

I have read your postings, which for the past month, have been SOLELY on TSIG, quite numerous, and almost exclusively defensive in nature.

You must have a lot of free time to devote so much time to a piece of crap.

I have read through your hype, and it makes me wonder whether you are an insider posing as an outside investor, or whether you simply are sado-masochistic, or simply highly frustrated at all the money you have lost.

Just to scratch the surface on questionable practices:

1. Dixie posted hundreds, if not thousands of messages on this thread, and then became an insider. Very unusual.

2. Marty was apparently invited onto the Board, and alluded to information he received that caused him to decline.

3. We are getting reports of key people leaving, but no public announcement. Who is handing out insider information?

4. This company has consistently over-promised and under-delivered. Mr. Gordon made people think the stock price would be much higher than $5 by June. How responsible is that, when it sits at not even 1/25th of that?

Out of your more than 100 posts over the past month, I can't recall a single one that speaks to real numbers and real expectations for this company. Instead, you spend an awful lot of time trying to bully people around.

Your relentless defense of TSIG and its poor business model and its inability to keep key people is inexplicable.

Read MY postings on the eBay thread, which I started back in August.

During this time, eBay has gone from $6 a share to $170 a share. It is a real company with a real future, a real business model, real management, real plans, real growth, real profits, etc. They don't hype, they just execute.
