of course you could have been 'duped' :) i'm not sure where the edgar folks are but there is heavy action in the recent ipo's aimed specifically at 'life support' OR until someone can make the story in the paragraph below, true...i think ;) i could be VERY wrong, but living in Silicon Valley for six years, 'the valley of greed', has made me somewhat senstive to the fact that-founders, VC's, underwriters, employees, suppliers, and other miscellaneous hangers on want QUICK IPO profit...of course in a down market it is brutal... just a thought, why the heck not...good luck, and if i can cash in on a 'flyer' i may actually buy this thing as the relationship is actually BETTER than all the 'patents' in Silicon Valley, imo ynot :)
