SG, I was able to get a hold of Rosie at the office the other day. I have been remiss in posting this message, (big meeting in Florida with the President of Rexall), but anyway the message is as follows: The final date is June 11. All letters have started going out this week, meaning the last two days of last week and will continue in a timely manner to go this next week. The content will include all of the information that has been needed to satisfy the agreement, according to Rosie for those who are doubtful. The contents are as follows and I hope that I get it correct: 1) All shares and dividends held by each share holder, 2) The conversion information for our shares, WWWC, to NWDP shares, 3) The stock transfer agent for sending your information to, and The letter will include another letter to send to the transfer agent so if you have lost your certificate you will still be able to convert your shares. According to Rosie, this is not, I repeat NOT a merger but an acquisition so it is not necessary to return your certificates. That is based on what the lawyers told her. I ask her if PM was in town and she said that he had just left for Australia. The above is only what I heard and am repeating what Rosie told me. There is no added anything in this message from me for those of you who do not like me being a mouth piece for PM. All we can do now is wait for the letters and go to the next step.
