If they do purchase someone, it will likely be announced at the meeting late this month.

Unless there is some wonderful news then, do not expect the stock to move much. Remember that they said that first half telecom profits would be less than last year, a dismal showing compared to others in the sector. But they claimed that the 2nd half would be much better.
Still, the Street is only looking for about $1.00 this year, according to Yahoo, and given the dismal growth rate, the stock will not move much higher.

Also, little news lately about new significant contracts, which does not help.

I expect that we have seen the high for the year. It will only start to move up when people start to think about 2000 results.
