I sit looking at the TA for gnet and I don't understand how it can go any lower.

Easy... more sellers than buyers.

GNET is a victim of the general malaise in the DOT and IIX. The entire sector needs to find a breath of fresh air and positive sentiment or rallies will turn into selling opportunities.

I'll be watching the volume as we once again approach the $90 short-term support level achieved yesterday. It held very strongly there and rebounded nicely. If I see the same occur again, we can all feel a bit more comfortable that a floor has been constructed.

Either way, we either hold $90 of break through $110 before I will be convinced the "worm has turned". A lot of money can be made in the meantime trading in between the price channel for those with nimble trading talents and a pair of brass cajones (real or figurative).

GNET: Great company... Great properties.... But not invincible to the tide of negative sentiment.

Regards,

Ron
