Just checking on the reliability of this information. Note, if it was derived from the SEC or anyone directly or indirectly connected with that governmental organization, the proper 'Freedom of Information' procedural process would be required to receive this kind of information (about an ongoing investigation) and should be on file with that organization (The SEC) for review by the public. Also, a ruling would be required and the party involved would need to be notified of this release of information to the public. I'll ask Joe if he's aware of this information. Thank you, JEB
