Ellen,

This is a shareholder that, after calling me a few times about the declining share price and his concerns, wanted my opinion about options of what to do and what might be happening. The options were, of course, to stay, sell or average up. Buying was out of the question as this person is/was fully invested. After speaking to this person I thought it should be mentioned that if the option was to sell it should be slowly to try and get the maximum value for the investment as there was already a sizable loss incurred. Any decision was his to make and I did not try to push him in any direction.

He apparently decided after speaking to another to make our private conversation privledged to him also and the resulting action was to make it public without my permission.

Since the information being rumored had just begun, the logical conclusion I made would be that any total bad news resulting from the rumored situation would unfold over several days at least.

I also was asking for the support being given by this individual to continue for the company as I consider it a stong asset to the company. If he was to remain with the company as a shareholder, his contributions should too.

As this was a private conversation and we had already been in touch and talked, the wording was directed to what we had already conversed about. One part of any conversation divulged in this unscrupulous manner will always be looked upon differently unless the entire conversation is known.

I did not make the call and responded to questions from what I thought was a desperate situation as it was explained to me by the investor. I would have told the same thing to anyone in the same situation.

These types of investments are risky to say the least and should be looked upon that way. We are seeing living proof of what can happen.

Never has it been my intention to do any sort of manipulation and have always spoken with all sincerity. My track record should speak for itself.

Anyone seeing anything wrong with this has little humanity for their fellow constituants and have my pity. I saw nothing wrong with showing compassion for someone in distress and still don't.

It also distresses me to have my private comment come under scruitny when the activity on the public forum has become so depraved and very little action is being taken by those who have their investment here. It is no wonder the shareholders are leaving and noone wants to take their place.

Bob
