A bit of conjecture. One wonders if a large part, if not all of Ziasun's internet properties came from an acquisition of Asiafocus. I say this based on the following line of thought. In this link
archives.isp-marketing.com
we see a director of Asiafocus trying to spam sell Pinmail service. I guess the spamming didn't work since now they give it away free. The message reads like Asiafocus is the owner of Pinmail. Asiafocus was also named as a defendant in the Playboy suit. It's a common practice for the CEO of an acquired company to be added to the board of directors of the company that bought him out. This would have presumably taken place before the Playboy lawsuit decision was handed down. If ZSUN bought Asiafocus would they not be held liable for Asiafocus's share of the damages?
Of course I doubt this is the case. I would imagine that a more likely scenario is Asiafocus sold the Pinmail website and maybe others to Momentum for a song and a place on the Momentum board, replete with stock options and other perks. Anyone know what a membership in the Honey Lake Country Club costs, and if I were to buy one in my companies name could I list it as an asset on a SEC filing?
Another scenario is that they knew they would lose the Playboy case so they split Asiafocus, spinning off the non-porno web site parts into a seperate company. This might very well be the beginnings of Momentum Internet, or Momentum Internet was also formed at the same time and then used to buy the non-porno properties from Asiafocus. Remember, all this shell company and incorporation bit would be a snap since one of the players involved here, Jack W. Flader Jr. also is a principle in a company specializing in setting up businesses in offshore tax havens.
Bottom line, it is very likely that Momentum got it's start as a lawsuit settlement dodging spinoff from Asiafocus, or Momentum is a new name for Asiafocus, or, well you get the idea. One way or the other, Pinmail and two directors managed to migrate from Asiafocus to Momentum, maybe more. Time, and SEC filings will tell. I bet they're burning up the erasers today. The maid is going to have an awful time maintaining that shine on the Momentum conference table.

PS,
Anyone catch the Freudian Slip here?

Notice it says "Internet Promotions" that was another of the companies named in the Playboy lawsuit. Looks like some web designer was daydreaming of those glorious days of yesteryear when he was paid to look at porn all day.
