(OTC BB:EDIS) News ... Earth Search Sciences Adds Global, Broadband, Wireless, High Speed Network Services to On-line Delivery Capability
Global satellite service from OnSat Network Communications available for new www.general-imaging.com remote sensing portal customers
McCALL, Idaho--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 1999-- Larry Vance, founder and chairman of Earth Search Sciences, Inc. (OTC BB:EDIS), today announced that the company has forged a strategic alliance with OnSat Network Communications of Park City, Utah, to provide global, broadband, wireless connectivity to subscribers of www.general-imaging.com's information services via satellite.

With the OnSat capability, ESSI's national and international clients will be able to readily access, view, manipulate and transfer the large-size image files generally associated with hyperspectral remote sensing information from anywhere in the world at www.general-imaging.com, TerraNet's officially licensed Internet address.

TerraNet, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Earth Search Sciences, Inc., is a direct-channel, multi-media imagery Internet supermarket under development. At its web site, the company will have the capability to individually customize data packages for customers. The company said TerraNet's www.general-imaging.com site will offer detailed, objective and synoptic earth resource mapping products that are better, faster and cheaper than conventional mapping techniques and will combine this proprietary data with information and products from other government and commercial data suppliers.

Underdeveloped regions of the world can quickly access earth
information data
By placing an OnSat Network Communications satellite system anywhere in the world, customers can have high speed Internet access to the ''earth information'' data. TerraNet, ESSI's wholly owned information delivery company, will offer the vertically integrated services. The company will announce launching of the on-line service.

''As a result of our agreement, TerraNet has become a vertically integrated wireless Internet services company that provides a complete solution for its clients,'' said David Stephens, CEO of OnSat Network Communications. ''This means that TerraNet and ESSI clients no longer need to purchase expensive hardware, custom data and software. They can now 'rent' these services from general-imaging.com and download the finished product quickly and efficiently via satellite.''

''Our alliance with OnSat Network Communications ensures TerraNet's establishment as a major force in the economic development of natural resources and protection of the environment,'' Vance said. ''Not only can clients obtain the high accuracy of hyperspectral remote sensing data, but they can receive and send it at high speed to and from anywhere in the world.''

OnSat Network Communications is a global, satellite based, private broadband network provider that offers high speed, filtered Internet access. Because of its relationship with Bonneville Satellite of Salt Lake City, Utah, OnSat has the satellite transponder capacity to provide thousands of remote information access sites for ESSI and TerraNet, which in turn can support millions of end users worldwide. OnSat has integrated its own proprietary technology for satellite broadband data communications with intelligent cache and forward technology and multi-casting services. OnSat has developed key strategic relationships with major network organizations like US West, Adaptive Broadband Corporation (formerly California Microwave) and Inktomi to ensure a viable, cost-efficient and secure global private wireless network solution that also has high speed filtered access to the Internet.
