Many people received a subpoena but can not get access to this kind of information. Are you a paid or non-paid consultant, contractor, or employee with the SEC?

Anyone else who got a call from the SEC would politely (or not so politely) tell them to take a long walk off a short pier.

What is it about you that makes you knuckle under their inquiries?
