QP = Quotes Plus:

qp2.com

WB = Worden Brother or TC2000 V4.X

stockfinder.com

Both are excellent programs. Each have strengths and weaknesses and are tailored toward slightly differnt audiences.

Both products deliver the entire US equities market to your computer in just minutes a day. Auto correct bad data, handle name changes, symbol changes, and splits/distributions automatically without user intervention. highly recommend both. Both have free 30 day trials...

personally I prefer QP2 because its more powerful and flexible. Is easier to get data into Metastock Format. Disadvantes: Its less intuitive, a little harder to learn and only supports MS, ASCII and its own data API.

Many people prefer TC2000 because its easier generally and it can supply a large # programs that read TC2000 data. Dis: its less powerful than QP2 and is not as friendly to metastock data users.

BTW: QP2 includes both S&P and IRL Industry Groups with their package...

Christopher,
Seems a question for a question is the vogue.
Do you know Nicholas?
Intimately?
Are you Nicholas?

Bob?
