Well, if the judge said any past thinking , past plan (last fall) can't be counted as current evidence, then the DOJ won't have any case at all, because all the evidence of the government against are past document, thinking, e-mails, can't not be used as current evidence. Apparently , the judge took side again.

If a "monopoly position can be threaten, then there is no monopoly. David Bois was talking about nonsense again.
