To Shank: AOL's story is just beginning. I think the
Big Boys will take it down to about 99 and then all
of a sudden it will be a SCREAMING BUY again. The
internet story is just unfolding so AOL should return
to its old highs by July. Sure Dell is a better buy
today than it was a few months back. However, where
does it go from here...back up to 35 or 36?? With
INTC cutting their chip prices soon this will put a
damper on any Dell reversal to the upside. That's why
I'm not buying in just yet!! I'll wait for the possible
quarter miss in August to pick up a few shares. Until
then I think this puppy just wiggles in the wind.
Don't fight the tape, don't piss upwind, accumulate a few
shares of AOL this morning, then a ton when it cracks
100 for a few minutes. Good Luck!!!

Re: Sure, I agree that if DELL misses expectations next quarter, it will go a bit lower. But I think it's relatively unlikely

HIGHLY unlikely. As people have been saying for months now DELL was held to a very high standard and it is unrealistic to expect those results forever, this does not mean they won't deliver good results, just not SUPER good results. The street will get over this and come back in short order. this has happened to csco and intc in the past and last time i checked they survived.
