Triangle Broadcasting Company Inc. Announced the Satellite Distribution
Date for the Second Newly Created TV Program to be Produced by Palm
Springs Studios

Palm Springs, Calif.--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--June 3, 1999--Triangle Broadcasting Company Inc. (OTCBB:GAAY - news) Executive Vice President Dick
Weiner announced today the creation of a three hour weekly broadcast to be called AuctionsTelevision to be made available to cable companies via satellite
throughout the U.S. and Canada beginning Oct. 2, 1999.

The three hour live broadcast will consist of a new auction each week featuring unique items gathered from around the world to originate from our television studios
in Palm Springs, Calif. Weiner will serve as executive producer for the new broadcasts.

Items to be auctioned each week will range from Superbowl memorabilia to rare Hollywood and rock concert programs and posters, from railroad artifacts to
celebrity encounters, from international commemorative coins to distinctive art items, from millennium event reservations to distant romantic getaways and everything
in-between.

Internet users worldwide will be able to access the auctions through the new bi-lingual interactive Web site now under construction, AuctionsTelevision.com, which
will be fully operational in both English and Spanish on Aug. 2, 1999. Beginning on that date participants can begin to register and preview items to be auctioned.
