Based on Cenestin NDA approval I would say 1 to 2 months.
<<Any idea how close DRMD is to getting approval for the ANDA birth control pill...... last I heard it was to be within weeks.... >>

<<The patent grant is great news although it is differcult to measure from an investment point of view..... Is there anyone with the knowledge that can comment as to the financial impact this grant would have or should it just be considered an ingredient or step that leads to greater opportunities for the developement of NDA's ? >>

Make company more sucestible to a buy out by major company such as JNJ. Also open new market based on Prempro Premphase prodcut for JNJ who has nothing in this area.

<<Does the patent alone have monetary value? >>

Only as potential future earnings. Increase companies value. Aslo makes compay more desirable for partnership/buyout. look at the Roche Genetech deal.
